Awesome time at the Mid-Atlantic Pro Qualifier hosted by Gaglione Strength! Huge thank you to everyone who made it happen and helped out behind the scenes. Congrats to all the lifters who stepped on the platform—and a special shoutout to the two new pro card winners! #strictcurlcompetition #strictcurl #rawpowerlifting #powerlifting #kpc #knoxpowercompany

We are BLACK MEN!... We Build... We don’t tear down other BLACK MEN!... We have felt the pain of being torn down and we have decided we will be deliberate about our rebuilding of self our brothers! All too often, we men find it easier to criticize each other, instead of building one another up! With all the negativity going around let’s do something positive!! 🌟 if tagged upload 1 picture of ONLY YOU, then tag as many brothers to do the same. 🖤🖤 then copy and paste! 🖤🖤 Please, don’t get offended if I tag you or not. Let’s build!
