Our Summer Drink Series is celebrating collaboration with some of our favorite friends around the city who inspire us to create better flavors and celebrate the people who make up Atlanta, benefitting organizations around the city.

@r.owe is a regular guest at our shop- if you’ve seen us on TikTok or social media, Rowe is likely a big reason why. Rowe made two early TikTok’s about us and through her creativity with latte recipes at home, inspired this series of collaborations.

This drink was inspired by Rowe’s family camping trips to the lake- eating black cherries out of a gigantic bag on the boat. We took a recipe she created for a black cherry simple syrup and made it into an oleo saccharum, adding lemon peel and pink Himalayan salt to extract every bit of tartness from the black cherries. We add that into our latte and garnish with rhubarb bitters.

This drink will be available for one week only- today through Wednesday June 24th, and only available directly from our coffee bar- not from your table at Home Grown. For each of Rowe’s signature drink sold this week, $1 will be donated to @atlantahumane per Rowe’s request.
