I think more and more day after day, about the things that brought me joy, the things that brought me peace, and for some reason I lost all of that in the last few years of mental turbulence. See the smiles sometimes are there to hide pain, the laughs and the humor is there to hide how u internally feel. See mental health and depression comes in waves. Some days u can feel good, some days u can wake up on the wrong side of the ber angry and u suppress those feelings cus u have to go out into the world and be a man and provide for urself and ur family. Then over time u begin losing the things u love, the things that once made u feel good, the things that once brought u reasoning to gym. Sometimes it just going through the motions cus u know u have to get it done. But today, and since ive been talking to my therapist, ive fought hard to get back to this guy, or make a return to get back to what I see as the best version of myself. When I look at this picture it was one of my most happiest times in life. I was working for a purpose. with that being said will I get back on stage. Probably, probably not, but I have a mission to achieve this look over the next 12 weeks with @_chriscormier starting tomorrow ill be taking u guys through my own 12 week life prep journey for my next photoshoot with @jtp_photos #Photoshoot #mensphysique #thegymsd #onlinecoach #mentalhealthawareness

Got the brazil 3s on representing team Brasil soccer jersey. I love the colorway of these shoes. The pink stands out so nicely. So grateful the shoe market is down. The cheaper the more merrier lol #sneakers #kotd #sneakerporn #sneakerhead #kickstagram
