Brewers waiting on a transfer:

☑️ Clean
☑️ Organize
☑️ Build a structurally questionable bucket tower

To be fair, Rachel had already cleaned half the brewery before this happened

Also, don’t forget it’s Thursday:
🍸 $5 select cocktails
🥃 $5 select shots

Come take some shots and make better decisions than we did🍺🪣

Today we’re raising a big birthday toast to the heart of our brew house Rachel💛

Behind every great beer is an even greater brewer, and behind so much of what makes Pilot extra special is Rachel (or R2 she’ll answer to both)🤪

More than the incredible beer she creates, it’s the way she shows up for this team that makes the difference.

Rachel, thank you for everything you do, for every challenge you take on, and for sharing your talent and heart with all of us. We’re ENDLESSLY grateful for you and SO lucky to have you leading the brew house

So today, raise a glass with us to the woman who keeps the beer flowing and makes this place feel like home. Happy Birthday, Rachel we love you and hope this next trip around the sun is your best one yet ✈️🎉

POV: marketing girl thought canning day was gonna be some sick content but it was actually just us standing in the exact same spot doing the exact same thing for 2 hours straight

Still hypnotic though

Anyways, it’s Wednesday which means:
🍻 $3 12oz pours all day at Pilot
- Island Hopper IPA
- Cafe Latte Stout
- Pub Ale
- Turbo Prop Porter

Still feeling grateful after our day at Carolina Malt House last week. Getting to meet the people behind the ingredients, support local agriculture, and be surrounded by a community that genuinely cares about craft beer from the ground up is something we never take for granted.

Good beer starts long before it hits the glass and we’re SO lucky to be part of a community that makes it all possible

Come support local craft beer and grab a pint with us in the taproom today 2-9pm!!

Taster Tuesday:
20% off Top Shelf Bourbon
$4 shooters
1/2 off Beer Flights
20% off Snacks

Come spend the day with us at @carolinamalthouse field day!!

We love sourcing local whenever we can, and working with Carolina Malt House means supporting North Carolina farmers, local agriculture, and small businesses while creating fresher, high-quality beer with true Carolina character.

There’s something really special about a farm-to-pint connection and getting to know the people behind the ingredients we use every day 🌾🍻

Two beers. One mission.

Starting May 1st, we’re teaming up with Ales for ALS as our Charity of the Month and this year, we’re doubling down.

We brewed two fruited wheat beers to give back in a bigger way
supporting both a local member of our community and ALS research as a whole:

✈️ First Class Fruits
🍑 Raspberry & Peach
🍺 Draft + 4-packs
→ $2 per 4-pack + $1 per pint donated to Captain Doug Hancock, a former APA domicile officer here in Charlotte and advocate for pilot families

🍇 Fruits for ALS
💗 Blackberry & Pink Grapefruit
🍺 Draft + crowlers
→ $1 per pour donated to Ales for ALS, funding critical ALS research + support

Drink beer. Do good. It’s that simple.

Pull up, grab a pour, and be part of something bigger this month 💛

Breaking News: Yesterday part of our team had the pleasure of pouring at the Rare & Vintage Beer Festival in Durham, NC and oh a blast was had

We served good beer, had even better conversations, and left reminded that the best part of this industry will always be the people

Cheers to you🍻
