1 year coaching @c.p3o_o 🤯 💪🏽 🚀

I remember when Cody wanted to come onboard, I know he made extra certain I was the right coach for him. He wanted to do a video call with me to get to know me and really have each others full attention.

I believe that video call was a special moment for both of us, one that has shaped both our futures 🔮

Cody whilst working with me over the past year has not only elevated his physique but he’s also elevated his mindset, I am truly proud of him as a client and a human being 📈

Next year we’re looking at taking his physique to the stage and I know his physique will be a special one 🏆

I’m going to put this in this post as I want people to know where Cody has come from as it makes his accomplishments so much more prestigious…

Cody is an ex heroin addict, was living on the streets at points and has been through hell at many points in his life. How he’s bounced back from what’s he’s been through is astonishing and I massively value him as a person and as a client.

Cody is one of my American clients so we’ve never met, despite that fact the results he’s had so far have been phenomenal and I can’t wait to see his physique develop even further 💪🏽 🚀

Quickly I’ll tell you what I’ve done with Cody so far. When I initially took Cody on we did a fat loss phase, we then did a muscle growth phase and now we’re into another fat loss phase to get him in the best position possible to put on muscle to compete next year 🏆 Often multiple cycles of fat loss and muscle growth phases need to happen to get to the end goal and ultimately achieve the best physique possible.
