Yesterday, our community came together at the @jccstamford to remember, reflect, and honor the lives forever changed by the brutal attacks on October 7.

Hosted by UJF, the day-long commemoration welcomed approximately 300 visitors, with more than 80 community members coming together for a moving prayer service.

A special thank you to @ujfshlicha, Eden Refaelovich, whose vision, dedication, and tireless efforts brought this meaningful commemoration to life.

Three years later, we continue to remember those we lost, stand with those whose lives were forever changed, and hold onto hope for the future.

May their memories be a blessing. 🤍

Last night was an Interfaith gathering of the Beloved Community, a night of love and song and prayer organized by Westchester clergy in an organic and organized way to remind the 1,000+ who attended what it is to be a neighbor, and to truly see each other. It was a beautiful evening. And a reminder. So very grateful to those who made it happen.

🚨Attention Pennsbury High School Graduates, this is not OK!!🚨
I questioned why Christian prayers kept being posted by Admins on my *Public* High School’s alumni page and I was shown the door. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, there’s no hate like Christian love. I asked a simple question and they couldn’t wait to kick this non-Christian out and Blocked me. I could sure use some support from fellow graduates. It is NOT ok to block someone bc of simply asking a question!

⭕️ @carlalafriend and I drove through a monsoon to @garciasatthecap (and would be glad glad glad to do it again) to cheer on @ellagreenie and @greenhauseffect3 at the book event for, This is Your Song Too.

Fab seeing @rabbistrom @hjgoldsmith & dancing with this phab crew.

Can’t wait to read and validate all of my feelings surrounding Phish + Judaism that have been bouncing around my head & heart for the past 30+ years…ever since I heard Fee on a mixtape at @camp_mataponi one fateful summer as a tween.

Thank you @cliffsidepushmusic @ujafedny & of course #peteshapiro & @phish -the best band ever.
