If you're staying near Seoul and want to go on a day trip to a beach on a budget, go to Sokcho! Sokcho is known for their seafood, but they have a National Park, a beach, and a ferris wheel there! It really is a beautiful town away from the city with fresh air!

📍Sokcho Beach
1450-158 Joyang-dong Sokcho-si Gangwon-do
📍Seorak National Park
43-1 Seorak-dong Sokcho-si Gangwon-do

Brunch in Seoung-su just off of the main street! The place opens at 9 am and has traditional breakfast foods such as pancakes and eggs benedict. They were foreigner friendly and had great service, I highly reccomend!

The maid cafe in Hongdae was kind enough to take us without a reservation and all of them were super sweet. Even though most of them didn't speak fluent English, they came up to us and chatted for a bit. Shout out to @maid_moon_asa
for her hospitality and for her amazing English skills!

📍Maple Top -> 322-4 Seongsu-dong 2(i)-ga Seongdong-gu Seoul
📍Maid Moon Cafe -> 366-10 Seogyo-dong Mapo-gu Seoul

“Traveling with friends is a reminder of how beautiful the world is when shared with others” These last four weeks have been too good to be true. While Korea has been beautiful, it doesn’t compare to the beautiful souls of the people that I was blessed to meet on this trip. It saddens me that my time with them was limited but I’m grateful to have met them. I will forever cherish these moments and will never forget the amazing company that made these 4 weeks a dream. I love you all. I love Korea. Looking forward to these next 4 weeks!

What an eventful day!

☆ Climbing 87 flights before noon to see the Bukak Palgakjeong!
☆ Renting hanboks at Gyeongbokgung Palace!
☆ Grabbing dinner with my friend!

I highly recommend each thing, but maybe on separate days where you have more energy haha

If you want a fun activity to do while in Seoul, gather some friends and take a cooking class! We are able to do a vegan option for those who had dietary restrictions, and they had just as much fun! This was definitely a fun and original experience. Next time you're in Seoul, try it out!

I lost my voice, so I used a voice changer to make it sound less strange 😅

Sinchon has many good spots to visit. From the vintage stores and Yonsei campus, there is a little bit of everything! The karaoke spot we found is located in Itaewon, I highly recommend going at least once!
