Sean from MotoAmerica is sending something out... But I needed to gather enough courage to write this tribute about our older son Ryan Blumenauer. My family is completely gutted. We lost Ryan at the young age of 38. So many of you have become a second family to us "over the years" taking photographs at the races. I remember Earl Hayden and Ryan sitting in the golf cart shooting the breeze... visiting various grids and team trailers and you greeted Ryan with a smile, hugs, hand shakes... so many wonderful memories.. "What corner are you guys shooting from"??? When he was young, he loved riding his PW50 around the infields while we attend various AMA races around the country. Years later MotoAmerica took over. He joined me shooting photographs. I feel lucky to have spent the quality time together traveling to the tracks, taking pictures, sharing accommodations, dinners and lots of laughs. He would say "Pops, we are kind of capturing history" with our photographs. I hope his pictures live on in your lives... Our home track is Road Atlanta. We enjoy the same spot every year. It has become "the turn 10 loop" friendship gathering.... Ryan would share his famous smoked wings at lunch break. An annual ritual that he cherished every year. WE LOVE YOU SO MUCH RYAN, it's going to be so hard carrying on without you in our lives! Copying some of you that he interacted with on a regular basis at the tracks... @mathew_scholtz @rogerhayden95 @limitlessracing484 @cyclepros_racing @campetersen45 @max88flinders @flindersmartin @maxvan48 @jaret_59 @jakezemke @85jakelewis @brandon_paasch @kevin_horney @jamesrispoli @corey23alexander @nolanlamkin21 @ashton_yates @jakegagne @seandylankelly @bobbyfong50_ @jdbeach95 @hayden69gillim @bspies11 @b.smith78_ @lugnut_83 @trevorstandish @highrevtrev @mhillofficial @racerboyr @pridmore43 @carrutherssays
