Serendipity, who I would rather call Tinkerbell, showed up on set last night! She hovered over my shoulder, waved her wand, and kept me in a giddy fairy dust stupor. I received confirmation, validation, and my ongoing project was blessed!

Four years ago, I drove into LA, a new place, and no friends around, didn’t know a single person (turns out there were people I knew, I just didn’t realize they were there at the time). Four years before that (and a semester), I was starting my first day at college, didn’t know a single person there. Four years before that, a new high school. All I’m saying is this: I have been so lucky, every time I toss myself into a new situation, I always seemed to find the kindest, most welcoming people, artists, comedians, talented and funny; you all made LA such a wonderful time for a lonely, and kind of depressed guy to find a home. Because I don’t often take pictures, I don’t have photos of all of you, but from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for all your kindness and generosity. I hope you all know how very much each of you mean to me and how grateful I am to know. I hope to see all of you soon! Shout out to @tjmax5 and @kensiemckee for taking me in during those early days, honestly the sweetest couple I know (and confound me, I didn’t take pictures, guess I was jittery and nervous being in a new town).
