A bumping, gorgeous mama! Rachel made this session a breeze. 🥰

This Fall is full of my 30 minute sessions and I really do think it’s the perfect amount of time to get a little creative, but also simple enough to capture just what we need!

Seven summers of STRIDE!!!!! And only just getting started 🥹🤍 Every season and every summer truly keeps getting better and better.

This summer was booked a busy: built a house, hosted @eaglesautism with @kykelce led by @popstar.katie, Pilates on a boat with @sandbarjoes, gained a brother and sister in Croatia, endless bachelorette parties, fell in love with needlepoint, hosted more community events than ever before, celebrated my ever growing 80+ employee @strideseaisle staff with the fabulous @kayla_curates, started my garden with flowers from @drdianelynnspatz to always remind me of sea isle, and most importantly spent every morning see the 4,580 clients and 47,802 reservations (🤯) that walked through the doors of Stride sea isle this year.

Watching my staff and clients along the way grow in their own personal lives, brands and endeavors, and getting the privilege to be a part of their lives/fitness journeys is something I’ll cherish forever 🥹

I could never and would never want to do this alone. To my entire Stride staff and clientele, YOU ARE THE MAGIC OF Stride! I simply saw the potential, you give it life.

@maddiekaayy you are the reason the dream lives on!!!!!!!!! I love growing up with you. Thank you for being the best manager I could have ever dreamed of.

This summer was one for the books!!! I’m looking forward to a relaxing and nesting fall so we can gear up and do it all again next year! 🥳

IT’S A SHELLABRATION 🐚🌊 for @strideseaisle !!!!

It’s always the happiest night ☀️☀️☀️ of Summer when I get to private chef for my girls who make every morning so happy and absolutely packed with endorphins 🩵🩵🩵 — @toristerling_ had all of Summer’s best bites for her team 🦞🍣🥩🍅🍑🌽🍝 she absolutely adores and we couldn’t stop smiling 🫶🏼 and giggling with white peach 🍑 🍋🍓 sangria!!

This night is always such a hug 🫂 and I am so grateful 🥹 for the community @toristerling_ and her team have cultivated and continue to build every single season 🩵✨ — here is a recap of the happiest night of Summer ☀️🕶️🐚❣️

Congratulations to the entire @strideseaisle family on another INCREDIBLE Summer, it just keeps getting better ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️!!
