Self-care isn’t something we do in isolation. It’s collective, connected to the people & energy around us. When we tend to our own well-being, we also contribute to the space we share with others. 🌀 A sound bath asks nothing of you. Sound moves through skin, bone, & breath, while the vibration of crystal bowls fills the space around you, giving the body permission to soften without needing to do anything at all. ✨🔮 A few things worth remembering: 〰️ You don’t have to carry everything alone. 〰️ Rest is essential, not extra. 〰️ Slowing down gives us space to reconnect. Maybe self-care can sound more like this: less doing, more listening. 🎶🩵 📸 by @racheldorrothy from our Resonance Yoga & Sound Fundraiser in June 2026 at @mudwtrgather with @____lotem____ #selfcaresunday #soundbath #soundhealing #selfcare #soundjourney

“Life is about moving, it’s about change.” — Twyla Tharp 🤍 Take this as an invitation to move, breathe, & come back into your body. Notice how movement feels for you today. Where does your body want to go? Maybe it’s a slow flow. Maybe it’s stillness. A few gentle reminders: 〰️ Your body already knows things your mind is still catching up to. 〰️ Movement doesn’t have to look a certain way to count. 〰️ Coming home to yourself is enough. Embodiment isn’t about getting it right; it’s about noticing what’s true & moving with it. 💟 📸 by @racheldorrothy From our Resonance Yoga & Sound Fundraiser in June 2026 at @mudwtrgather with @____lotem____ #yogaforeveryone #yogaforeverybody #embodimentpractice #yogala #offthemat

Last month we gathered at @mudwtrgather for Resonance, our Yoga & Sound Fundraiser in honor of International Day of Yoga. 🪷 An evening of movement & sound with @drjordanashley & @____lotem____ . We flowed, we restored, & we raised funds for our On the Ground Yoga & Arts Summer Camp with @go.projectblue , a week-long program for resilient teen girls in South LA rooted in yoga, mindfulness, creativity & leadership launching July 20th. 🌀 Not just the practice on the mat. The practice of showing up. Of moving & breathing together & discovering that something truly magical can happen when we all come together. 🩵 Couldn’t make it but still want to support? Donations are still open. ✨ 🔗 Link in bio. 📷 @racheldorrothy #throwbackthursday #lawellness #yogaforacause #nonprofitsofinstagram #yogaforacause

What’s inside a Souljourn Yoga Goody Bag? 🛍️👀 For our LA fundraising events, we curated bags filled with products we love & believe in, featuring @bio.me @madhippiebeauty @lovemomotaro @drinkmudwtr & more, all beautifully packaged in our custom 10th anniversary tote. A special shout-out to our in-kind donors who we are beyond grateful for. We truly cannot do it without you. 💛 With in-kind donors, we always go wide. What is generously donated to us doesn’t stop at the event. It travels with us globally, as an extra thank you to our retreat participants, to the young women we work with through our yoga teacher training programs, to our local guides, & to the teams of our partner NGOs on the ground. If we have room, we pack it. Your generosity reaches further than you know. 🌎 If you are a brand interested in partnering with Souljourn Yoga, we would love to connect! What a night! ✨ Our Resonance: A Yoga & Sound Fundraiser brought us together in honor of International Day of Yoga, & we’re still soaking it all in. 🌙🌀 To everyone who came & shared this special evening with us, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. There is nothing more powerful than the community we get to create together. 💕 A huge thank you to @____lotem____ for guiding us through such a beautiful, tender sound journey. 🔮 And so much gratitude @mudwtrgather for sponsoring the evening & letting us turn your already beautiful space into a sonic sanctuary for a few hours. 🍄✨ All proceeds went directly toward our On the Ground Yoga & Arts Summer Camp this July with @go.projectblue , a week-long program for the resilient teen girls from South LA, centered on yoga, mindfulness, creativity, & leadership. A special thank you to @drinkmudwtr @bio.me @madhippiebeauty & @lovemomotaro for the love you poured into the goody bags! 🛍️ Couldn’t make the event, but still want to support? Tap the link in our bio to give. 💛 Stay tuned for more as our yoga camp launch is just under one month out! 👀 🎥 @racheldorrothy #lawellness #nonprofitsofinstagram #yogaforacause #lawellnesscommunity #consciousliving
