Dear Vegas;
Thank you for always being my home base. Thank you for feeling like home even if I haven’t been back for a while. Thank you for all of the people that I’ve met to help get me where I am today that truly have become part of my family. I know I hated living here, and I know leaving when we did was so important. Who would’ve known that a question about which band to see at Life is Beautiful almost three years ago would turn into something so incredible? On June 21st I had the absolute pleasure of marrying the one and only Lindsey deGruy Sneed. Though the day itself had some hiccups, I couldn’t think of a more perfect wedding to encapsulate and display the love we’ve built. I’m so grateful for the last few years we’ve enjoyed and I’m even more hopeful for the years to come. I love you more than anything, Linds ❤️❤️❤️

I’m still grateful for every lesson you taught me. While I often wish that you were still here in person, I take solace in the fact that I still see you when I smile, when I look at Noah, and talk to Mom. You’ll live on always in our mannerisms, sayings, stories, memories, and hearts and while it will never make up for your physical presence, your impact on our lives will forever be tangible. I miss you as much as I did the day you died. Love you dad.
