You don’t need fancy or expensive equipment — you already have the most powerful, intelligent machine there is: your body. ✨

When you move with intention and connect to your breath, your body becomes the ultimate tool for strength, balance, and transformation. Everything you need is already within you. 💫

🎥 Ever wonder what the RHY team is doing on a random Tuesday?
Spoiler alert: it’s not all yoga (but let’s be real, there’s definitely still yoga 😅).

Some of us are teaching, flowing, playlist-making, folding towels, or checking you in with a smile…

Others are running errands, working at their “real” job, chasing toddlers, walking the dog, hitting workouts of their own, or taking well earned time off! Unless you’re Kayla and you’re flying planes 🤩

We’re real people living real life—and we love showing up for you exactly as we are.

Here’s a peek into our perfectly unpolished Tuesday 💛

🔥New Instructor🔥

We are proud to welcome Rachel Duerr to our RHY team.

Rachel completed her 200 hour Baptiste Power Yoga training in January and has been gaining experience ever since. She is a familiar face around the studio and we are so excited that she has continued on her yoga journey and gone from a practitioner to an instructor.

Here’s a little fun tidbit about Rachel:

RYT-200 Baptiste

Favorite Pose: My favorite yoga pose is half pigeon. I love it because it gives me a moment to release in a usually powerful practice, and the hip opener feels so good on my super tight hips.

Challenging Pose: Crow pose is a more challenging pose for me. It is one that is frustrating because sometimes I can do it without much struggle and other times it just isn’t happening that day.

Currently Working On: I am currently working on my patience through my practice. Accepting my body isn’t always the same and sometimes I don’t feel as strong, or as flexible and not judging myself through those moments.

Teaching Philosophy: I believe yoga is so healing for the mind and body. I believe it is a way to learn about yourself, and a way to connect with others. Yoga is capable of making the world a happier place.

Get on your mat with Rachel on Mondays at 4:30 pm for Hot Power
