@leahpacker._ beating me to a seasonal recap has never happened and things are feeling very new year 🍎 so here are some snippets of a summer surrounded by people I love oh so dearly and the art I’ve always wanted to make

And Instagram will only let me tag 20 people so if you’re in this and not tagged or otherwise spent your summer with me I love you very much too

In 2019, I went to teach at Camp Flix for the first time. I had the privilege of being a counselor to one of the most special, incredible, talented, and kind young people I had ever met. She was a wonderful filmmaker, and even better human being.

That was the start of my long friendship and collaboration with @doodledelle

Since then her creative voice and artistic vision have grown so so much, and her kindness, courage, and depth as a human being have expanded in new and incredible ways.

I’m hopelessly late on this post, but a few weeks ago, I got to watch her graduate from college. It was a powerfully moving experience and I’m so freaking proud of her.

There is no end to what she’ll achieve.

Is there a more me pride aesthetic than posting this before my 1/2 year recap, gossiping with @thatssokeshaun, hugging @aalexis.oliviaa so hard we are falling over, roommate handshake, taking mirror selfies with @leahpacker._ and @hannahdamanka, and getting an ab workout for the right camera angle? I think not! So very happy to have spent pride with such wonderful friends. ❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜
