I am headed down to set up the Junior League holiday Mart show. I promise I will look better this evening. So excited for this event. VIP is tonight from 6 to 10 and then the show is open Friday and Saturday. See you out there. We are at a corner booth kind of back towards the back of the show on the right side. You will definitely see our flags up high.

It’s hard keeping up with this movie star.

She keeps me on my toes and makes me feel like a billion bucks.

This is your reminder to hug your partner, best friend, child, family member.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Coach Jimi and his incredible team of athletes. These boys showed up, committed to the process, and the results spoke for themselves.

What stood out most wasn’t just their talent—but their willingness to grow. They’ve consistently leveled up to compete at higher levels, which takes more than just skill. It requires mental toughness, smart nutrition, recovery strategies, and strong support systems.

Throughout our time together, they didn’t just become better athletes—they developed tools that will carry them through life.

If your athlete or team is ready to take their performance to the next level—on and off the field—reach out to Greenleaf Fitness LLC to learn how we can support that growth.

Troy put it best, “This is what it feels like to have your team in the finals.”

We are floating. So excited.
