A summer for the books. 📚 Feeling very aware lately that the kids are getting older, time is moving a little too quickly, and these ordinary, beautiful days with family, old friends and new ones are really the good stuff.
Very lucky duck. 🦆🤍 💃🏻

If you are in The County and looking for a truly unique, authentic evening out, you won't regret a dinner at Paperkite—just a short drive from The Hideaway!

A huge thank you to our friends Judy and Hans for hosting us and giving us so many reasons to return. Every dish told a beautiful story, perfectly blending Hmong culinary traditions with fire-cooking techniques. From flame-cooked local proteins and sauces to farm-grown veggies roasted over an open fire, it was an incredible celebration of traditional Southeast Asian flavours brought to life with local ingredients. Thank you once again for blessing us with your gifts @paperkite.farm!

Such a joyful evening - what a lovely time spent with old friends and new at the @paperkite.farm Hill Tribe dinner last night. Judy & Hans are always such gracious hosts, and their farm-to-table dinners, woven with traditional Southeast Asian flavours, never disappoint.

An added bonus was celebrating Tara Wood’s birthday just a wee bit early 🎉🎂🥳 (and a shoutout to @morethanfood.cooking for those delicious little cupcakes too!)

A heart felt thanks to Judy & Hans and your amazing team for another very special and delicious experience!! ❤️

Summer Solstice. 🌿🔥
The longest day of the year. A chance to pause, reflect, and welcome a new season.
Last night, we gathered with friends, shared stories, laughed a lot, and tossed our little notes into the fire. Some held worries we were ready to let go of. Some held hopes for the months ahead. All became part of the flames.
The Summer Solstice has long been a celebration of light, abundance, growth, and community. A reminder to release what no longer serves us and make room for peace, happiness, and new possibilities.
There is something comforting about sitting around a fire with good people, watching the sun linger a little longer, and feeling grateful for where you are while still looking forward to where you’re going.
Here’s to long evenings, open hearts, meaningful friendships, and a summer filled with joy, adventure, and a little bit of magic.
Happy Summer Solstice. ☀️🔥✨

I’m so proud about what this community just did. 💙

Together, we raised over $63,000 for the Picton United Food Bank through the 2026 Coldest Night of the Year walk.

Coldest Night of the Year is a winter fundraising walk that supports local charities serving people experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness.

Huge gratitude to Mark Houghton, The County Food Hub, and the PEC Food Collective for the work you do every single day. And our kick-ass team “Team Huggers” were the top fundraisers in Picton, raising over $13,000 and counting. Led by fearless @tara_wood , with co-captain and chief “shake-downer” @jrclamont , and powered by the most generous souls (Rachel, Lily, Faye, Heather, Ian, Mark, James, Anton and Wes ❤️).

To my friends and family who donated, to fellow walkers, and to the volunteers who made it happen — thank you.

This is what community looks like. And I couldn’t be prouder to be part of it.

A big thank you to the generous supporters -

Tonight we walked for Coldest Night of the Year, and what an extraordinary night it was.

If you’re not familiar, Coldest Night of the Year is a winter fundraising walk held across Canada to support local charities serving people experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness. It’s about stepping outside, into the cold, in solidarity with those who don’t have the choice to step back into warmth.

Here in Prince Edward County, the walk supported the Picton Food Bank. This is an organization that consistently shows up for our community.

And the numbers matter. Because they tell a story.
• I personally raised $1,820
• Our team, The County Huggers, raised $14,020!
• Collectively, for the Picton Food Bank, we raised an incredible $64,083!

$64,083. For our community!
That’s not small. That’s transformative.
Prince Edward County is known for its abundance. The vineyards, tourism, beautiful homes, and the list goes on.

But the reality beneath the surface is that food insecurity is very real here. The Picton Food Bank supports hundreds of individuals and families every month who are navigating rising costs, fixed incomes, and difficult seasons.

This money will directly support:
• Emergency food access
• Fresh produce and essential staples
• Local families, seniors, and children who need a hand up
What moved me most wasn’t just the dollars, it was the generosity. The people who gave when they didn’t have much extra to give.

That is community.

To everyone who donated, walked, shared, encouraged, and supported, thank you! Truly. You made the difference.

I am so proud and so grateful to be part of something bigger than business, bigger than real estate.
This was a huge deal. And it happened because of you. 🤍 @cnoyorg

Spiritually, the Strawberry Moon carries the essence of sweetness, growth and celebration. Named for the time of year when strawberries reach their peak, this full moon symbolizes the fruits of your labor finally ripening. Let’s ripen this June 🍓 🍓 🍓 . I wish nothing more for all of you.

Let’s be grateful for all the joy and beauty in our lives, and wish it for others. Let any self-limiting thoughts & negative attachments go. Be ready for transformation. We are creating the life we desire and I am excited to wake up to it every day and do it with you all. 🧙🏻 🍓 💫

I can finally say: I’m a Marathoner!
26.2 miles (42.2km) of strength, empowerment, and sisterhood at the @everywomansmarathon 🌺 this past weekend. I’m still taking in how difficult, rewarding and life-changing that day was. Something I truly will never forget.

Thank you @gonnaneedmilk and @galepartners for giving me the opportunity to not only work on the creation of such a powerful event, but also run in it #TeamMilk

My favourite moments are when I can make my clients next steps work. The next chapter takes place, and it’s always great to see. This memory from a few years back always gives me so much happiness. It’s unreal to see the transformation of this home this week as I dropped by with snacks, you have done remarkable work. I love it when clients become friends, thank you so much to you two. ❤️

NYC weekend you were very good to me!

It was a weekend full of friendship, movement, milk, and madness and I loved every second.

Shout out to @gonnaneedmilk for creating such a beautiful campaign that celebrates women marathoners. It was a pleasure to help with all the events this weekend and work alongside awesome women like @izzyseidel, @whatrunsyou, and @bygolly.molly.

As always it’s hardly work when I get to go out and play with @kelsoshea!

Till next time NYC!
