I’m honestly scared to do this whole thing, posting my journey, putting myself out there, showing the in-between. But I also know future me is going to want to look back at this, to see where I started and how far I’ve come.

So here it is: I’ve lost 60 lbs so far. I’m proud of that. I’ve still got about 20–30 more to go, but this isn’t just about the scale: it’s about getting stronger, healthier, and proving to myself that I can finish what I started.

On here, I’ll be sharing my workouts, the meals that keep me on track, honest check-ins (the wins and the struggles), and probably a little chaos along the way. I might not have it all figured out yet, but I’m showing up anyway. 🖤
