Shakeout done. Legs are ready. Tomorrow, we run 26.2.

Thank you to @katemackz & @brandonturrubiartes for leading our shakeout with high energy⚡️

Thank you to our incredible partners @drinkstormenergy // @garagerunclub // for curating this experience and making Marathon Eve one for the books!

Good energy, good people, good community.

See you at the finish line. This is what y’all worked for.

BTS flicks of a fun shoot for @ambitionrequired 🎥

If there’s one thing I’ve realized I lack as a creative, it’s making enough time to shoot just for fun outside of my paid work.
At this point in my creative career, of course I’m focused on paid work, but I’ve been trying to intentionally make time throughout the month to create without the pressure of a deadline or deliverable.

For me, a big part of that is finding the right people to collaborate with and work around brands, communities, and ideas that I genuinely enjoy.

So when Brandon asked me to shoot a video promoting Iron Miles for Ambition Required, it was an easy yes. I already attend and support the run club, and it gave me an opportunity to shoot something I don’t normally get to shoot, while putting my own creative twist on it.

I really appreciate everyone who showed love to the video. I’m hoping to continue doing more spec work around brands/spaces I enjoy and collaborate with more creators who align with me creatively.

More fun projects soon 🤞🏽

Sometimes you have to move across the country to meet the love of your life. The only thing I’d change is doing it sooner.

Friendly reminder, you can take the man out of Texas but you can’t take the Texas out of the man.
