What does it look like when you need to give your body some self care & healing? It depends on you. Are you listening to your body? Sometimes sleep is the best way to care for ourselves. Sometimes it’s water. Sometimes it’s stretching.

Going hardcore in a workout everyday doesn’t always mean forward progress. Your health and fitness is a journey, not a straight line. Listen to what you need, but keep going.

For a sample of my favorite stretches comment HEALTHY below to get a link to a sample stretching workout. 👇

Did you know what happens to women when we lift weights?

Not only does it tone and shape your body, but it also boosts metabolism, strengthens bones, and enhances overall health. What it doesn’t do…is if done correctly, add bulk.

So, embrace the power of lifting! 🏋️‍♀️

If you are looking for a program to lift weights for 2024 to add to your own health & wellness journey comment HEALTHY below 👇👇👇

I’ll send you a link to a sample of my new program starting December 20th! Our test group starts January 1st!

Do it tired. Do it anyway. Show up. Even when you don’t want to.

Today I started a new group & program that is prepping me for another program that starts in a month.

Was it different? Yes.
Did I feel awkward and out of my element? Absolutely.
Am I going to stop? Hell no.

This is the learning curve. Lean into the difficult because it makes you better. When you are better, you show up better. Not just for you but for those around you.

What’s your next step? DM me if you want info on the program and an accountability partner.

Who are you showing up for? Are you showing up for everyone else but yourself? Remember to take care of others, you have to put your own oxygen mask on first.

I am so excited to start this program! Dig Deeper is coming this month and if you like lifting, this is for you!

Lifting isn’t about bulk & it’s not about weight loss, it’s about feeling stronger and changing your body composition. Curious? What if you could feel stronger inside & out?

Comment below or DM me to get started! I’m looking for 10 women to join my exclusive test group who want to feel stronger & grow into the new year! The resolutions start now!

Luckily being creative isn’t a prerequisite to repping @alter_ego_running! No reel from me- keeping it simple- happy to reveal that I am on team green with some of my running besties!!! If you’re an Alter Ego Ambassador, what team are you on? I posted a story with a poll- let me know there or in the comments! 😁

Started the weekend off right with a hilly but nice and easy 10K around the block and met my mileage goal of 25 miles for the week- did a minimum of a 5K everyday this week and hope to end with a 5K tomorrow as well! No running “rest days” this week! 😳
