You simply can’t approach this journey with an all-or-nothing mindset—and for Rachel, that was no different.

Our biggest focus has been consistency over perfection 👏🏼

Learning how to show up and make the decisions that align with her goals even when she doesn’t feel like it.

Making sure she never feels restricted.

And one of the BIGGEST things?
COMMUNICATION + TRANSPARENCY.

We’ve found little ways to create more accountability for HER. One of those is as simple as sending me a screenshot every day of her pre-planned macros.

It may seem small, but for her, it makes ALL the difference. 🫶🏼

And the physical progress she’s made since March?! THAT is the result of everything above. ⬆️

But beyond the physical progress… the mindset + personal growth I’ve watched happen is what makes me the most proud. 😭

I’ve had the privilege of working with Rachel on and off for the last couple of years, and she came back into my life in March of this year. Watching her grow in SO many areas of her life since then has been pretty freaking special.

And let me just say—I LOVE this girl. 😂 The dark humor, the sarcasm, and the fact that we communicate with absolutely ZERO filter is everything.

I’m so damn proud of you, my girl. 🥹🩷
And I already know there’s so much more to come for you. 🥰

This spring I have discovered that I am iron deficient, look really good in hats, and am very easily surprised!!!! Farewell tour is in full effect, your days to confess you’re secretly in love with me are limited!!!

Life since I’ve turned 30: friends, family, flying cars, pets, food ❤️

Oh and I broke my finger but I think I should survive? I also got an INSANE job - so safe to say I’ve had an eventful start to my thirties :)

Lil bday party dump✨ Still riding the high from my birthday, and “blessed” barely begins to capture how I feel. I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for the people who showed up, reached out, and made me feel so seen and celebrated. Thank you for making another trip around the sun so full of love and light 🩷

She’s back, she’s locked in and I’m so excited ☺️

Rachel has been back with me for about four weeks now and she’s so locked in!

Her mindset, her consistency, her communication, her discipline, are on another level !

THe ACCOUNTABILITY this time is UNMATCHED 👏! She communicates with me daily! So we can make sure she is sticking to the plan ( not her mood) to get to her goals!!

The 2nd photo is from when we first worked together, she took a short break ( that was much needed) and then just came back to me 4 weeks ago!

I’m so proud of you, my girl! Hot girl summer is on its way 😝😝😝
