Running is better when you have a community around you.

The right running community can give you structure, consistency and people to keep moving with.

So we’ve put together 7 running clubs you can join in Lagos, from social runs to more structured communities.

Find one that fits your pace, your routine and how you like to move.

And remember, the work doesn’t end when the run does.

Recovery is part of staying ready for the next one.

Yesterday’s run was one of my best. 🌿🏃🏽‍♀️

Sweet Evening run, the cool breeze, the serenity of nature, and good music in my ears. Sometimes, that’s all you need to reset your mind.
