Another unforgettable adventure in moto Journo land. Spent two-days testing the new Bridgestone Battlax RS12 dot and Racing Battlax V03 slicks at Chang International Circuit in Buriram, Thailand.

You can read all about Bridgestone’s new race spec offerings in an upcoming print issue of Roadracing World.

The ‘Stone know how to do a launch. One week with an incredible crew. Many laffs, many skids, a few wheelies and a scraped elbow. Great times in Thailand!

Few more from my recent photoshoot with @kawasakiusa. To introduce the 2025 Versys 1100 LT SE to the media, Team Green decided to take a little trip down to Baja. Stoked to be a part of this project.

Forza Italia! 🇮🇹

Chasing @radams137 down the BV-1468 Collserola Natural Park road on the last day of the Guerrilla 450 launch. We got an open run with no traffic on the last day. When we stopped, everyone was grinning and laughing. That's what this bike is all about, no ego, just unadulterated distilled joy. This is what RE is all about. I'm so very fortunate to be a small part of it!

Asking for directions in Scotland can be challenging.

“Jist follaw thes road ‘til ye see a lairge sign fur th’ change-hoose ‘n’ caw left.”

Branding and reality can sometimes be quite different. An experience portrayed and an experience lived can exist independent from one another. One can be defined by marketing, the other needs to be breathed in reality. Where branding and reality meet is an intersection where you find solid bikes, like the Tiger 1200.

Per Triumph’s marching slogan, the Tiger 1200 family is definitely “For The Ride”. Evaluating this bike in a dark, cold, and rainy Scotland was ideal. Almost any bike can shine when conditions are bright. When the environment turns dark, your focus can more easily shift to how the machine improves the experience. You can learn more about what it does for the ride.

One other thing the Triumph Tiger 1200 does for the ride, is allow you to navigate in lands where you might not understand what is supposed to be your native language. In partnership with Google and what3words, Triumph has incorporated the ability to reference any location on the planet by using three random words.

With the bike’s TFT I learned where the “lairge sign fur th’ change-hoose” was. It’s at rents.scorched.hush. Doubling down on linguistic confusion, maybe, but I know where the hotel is now.
