Sometimes I wonder if the people who come to me for healing realize just how much they give back to me. 🤍

There is something so sacred about another human being trusting you with the parts of themselves they don’t always know how to put into words.

Their grief. Their fears. Their hopes. The things they’ve carried for far too long.

I don’t take that trust lightly. Not for a single moment.

And when someone shares how our time together has touched their life, it touches something so deep within me.

Because this work is more than what I do. It’s part of who I am.

And in a season of my own life filled with so much change, moments like these remind me that while the way I do this work may evolve, the heart of it never will.

We are all just finding our way back to ourselves. And what a privilege it is to walk alongside someone on that journey.

Thank you for trusting me with yours. 🤍

Don’t you owe to yourself to find out????

I don’t do energy work because my life is always peaceful. I do it because it isn’t.

Because life gets messy. Things fall apart. Plans change. And sometimes the world around me feels completely out of my control.

My practices aren’t about escaping the hard things or pretending everything is love and light. They’re about learning how to find my way back to myself in the middle of it all.

To remember my strength. My softness. My wisdom. My power.

I don’t need a perfect life to feel whole.

My ultimate goal in this lifetime isn’t to avoid the storms. It’s to never forget who I am while I’m standing in them.

And when I do forget, to know the way home. 🤍

Death isn’t always the end of a life. Sometimes it’s the end of a version of ourselves, a relationship, a dream, or a chapter we once believed would last forever.

And sometimes, the hardest part of transformation isn’t becoming someone new. It’s allowing what no longer belongs in our lives to fall away.

We hold on because something mattered. Because we loved it. Because we poured pieces of ourselves into it.

But something doesn’t have to last forever to have been meaningful.

As Radiant Vida enters a new chapter, I’m reminded that transformation is not the same as death.

The space that held so much healing, connection, laughter, tears, and transformation is changing. But the heart of what I created was never confined to four walls.

The vision is still alive. The purpose is still alive. And perhaps it’s simply ready to take a different shape.

There is wisdom in knowing when to release the form without abandoning the dream.

Not everything that leaves is a loss. Not everything that ends is a failure. And not everything that changes is dying.

Sometimes, we have to make room for what is more aligned with who we are becoming.

Life. Death. Rebirth.

Radiant isn’t ending. It’s evolving. 🦋

Week Eight: COMPASSION. 🤍

My goodness… a rough week.

Healing taught me about compassion.

For others, yes. But also for myself. My body. The woman who keeps showing up.

Thirteen days after surgery, I’m still in pain, emotionally and mentally exhausted.

Sadness, sobbing, fear, uncertainty, anxiety, and good old-fashioned overthinking.

I’m doing my best to surrender. To give it to God. To trust the process even when I don’t understand.

Goodness gracious, this body of mine has been THROUGH IT!

Still, she keeps showing up.

Beautiful news: eight weeks after jaw hardware removal, my bones are healing wonderfully! Hallelujah! 🙌🏽

Jaw PT, orthodontics, myofunctional and structural integration therapies, and daily exercises continue. Another procedure lies ahead.

There is real, beautiful progress.

And still pain.

Both can exist at the same time.

Grateful and exhausted.
Faithful and still afraid.
I can celebrate progress and grieve the journey.
Strong and still needing rest.
I can smile and cry.

Maybe compassion is feeling it all without judgment.

Maybe it’s seeing my body with awe for all she’s endured.

Exhaustion isn’t a failure of faith. Rest isn’t a failure of courage.

Maybe I don’t have to prove I can do hard things…

I have done them.
I am doing them.

And I am giving myself permission for gentle tenderness along the way.

Eight weeks ago, I began sharing these lessons.

TRUST taught me to believe.
PATIENCE taught me to wait.
PACE taught me how to keep moving.
VULNERABILITY taught me to be seen.
PROGRESS taught me how far I’ve come.
FAITH taught me I don’t carry it all myself.
COURAGE taught me I can be afraid and keep going.

And now…

COMPASSION teaches me I don’t have to be hard on myself to make it through hard things.

I can love myself delicately through them. Honor who I am and remain hopeful about who I’m becoming.

Thank you, God, for another day.

Still healing. Still believing. Still becoming.

Eight weeks. Eight lessons. More to come beyond this Post-It initiative…

Healing isn’t a destination. It’s a relationship we nurture for a lifetime.

We live in a culture that teaches us to fear our desires, numb our bodies, and keep the messier parts of being human tucked neatly away.

And then we wonder why we feel disconnected.

So much of what we create is simply an invitation to remember what we already know somewhere deep in our bodies:
😋 Pleasure is not frivolous.
🫦 Desire is not something to be ashamed of.
🌹 Intimacy is part of our nature.

These are spaces to get a little more honest, a little more embodied, a little more connected—and maybe have a damn good time while you’re at it.

Take a look at what we have coming up this month. 🌹

And if you want to go deeper, I also have a few ways to work with me privately.

Comment “events” and I’ll slide into your DMs with some hedonistic offers. 🫦

Cuddle Puddle: a space to practice platonic intimacy, consent & connection through the power of human touch.

WHAT: A 2.5 hour guided experience where we slow down, soften the body, and explore what it feels like to hold & be held. We’ll practice consent, asking for what we want, receiving without obligation, and staying connected to ourselves while in contact with others. Everything is fully clothed, platonic, and completely invitational.

WHO: Everyone! All ages, genders, relationship statuses, and levels of cuddle experience. Come solo or bring a partner/friend. You don’t need to know anyone beforehand. 🙏🏼

WHEN: Once a month, select Wednesdays & Thursdays. Comment “events” to see what’s coming up next!

WHERE: Houston Heights at @radiantvidaspa

WHY: We live in a world where we can be more digitally connected than ever while going days, weeks, or even longer without meaningful physical touch. Cuddling gives us a chance to slow down and experience something incredibly simple and deeply human: being present with another body.

It’s also a surprisingly powerful practice in boundaries, communication, receiving, and trusting yourself. You might discover how easily you say yes when you mean no… or how uncomfortable it feels to ask for what you actually want.

This is not an erotic event. There is no expectation to cuddle, touch, or participate in anything that doesn’t feel right for you. You are always in choice.

Come as you are. Leave a little more connected to yourself, to other humans, and to the pleasure of being held.

Comment “events” to see what’s happening next in the Houston Tantra Community. 🙏🏼🌹

NEXT CUDDLE PUDDLE: Wednesday October 7th in The Heights from 7-9:30pm

We are in an age of being more connected than ever before… and yet the most disconnected we’ve ever been.

REAL intimacy is a precious rarity that many people have convinced themselves they don’t need, are fearful of, or capable of staying present when it’s available.

Unfortunately our culture has s.xualized touch and reserved intimacy to only romantic relationships. Leaving us starved of a basic human need.

Cuddling up with another human could be the medicine you didn’t know you needed 🙏🏼🌹

This life changing event happens once a month right here in Houston. Comment “events” to learn more!
