Long Lou's post... lot of info, so you may want to read it all... Yesterday a few of us, including Mara (LMGA's head bartender) & Lou's daughter Destiney, met at Lou's, talked plans moving forward, & took inventory of nearly everything in the space; bar signs, furniture, equipment, art, ect. before Saturday's final big show (lineup, 2nd pic) & the auction & silent auction planned. Jakob from @dial_drive put together a sick lineup, & the entire day & night's show deserves your attendance & attention. These bands are donating their time, & will be playing their 🩶s out for Lou, one last time in his venue!🤘
💲More info on the auction:
Allee & Jessy (The Rad Ladies who started the Gofundme for Lou's legal expenses) are planning for a live auction of the painted ceiling tiles by @brandonsmitharts & a few other items starting at 7:30, right after @racheldeckermusic plays a couple songs (including a new one she wrote about Lou & this awful situation). Allee & Jessy also plan to have attendees bid on other, smaller items, silent auction style, throughout the event with final bids @ 7:30/8pm on Saturday. Just like bar sales, all winning bids will need to be paid in cash. All money raised, will be donated to Lou. If you want to own a piece of Uncle Lou's LMGA, then you want to be sure to be in attendance at these times.
‼️
Lastly, please note, certain items you may bid on & win, will need to be picked up at the end of the month. Uncle Lou's LMGA will open on select nights through the end of this month.🙌 This will give Mara a chance to make a little bit of severance pay, while looking for her next job (hint, hint). These will be low key, early nights to enjoy Lou's space, just a little bit more. This coming Saturday's show is still the last big show at Lou's. Please come support, celebrate & make some final memories.

📸 - Thanks to @jim.leatherman for the Lou's photos used in this show poster! I held back tears while adding the text. The Lou's LMGA round sign that hangs out front is being donated to @historycenterfl, which I think is fitting, because Uncle Lou's will always be part of Orlando's musical history...😊 Thanks @essentialvoid for working that out!
