Wendy's prediction of a Scotland win against Slovenia wasn’t to be! 😬

Disappointing result, but I still believe there’s plenty of hope for Scotland. A new manager, exciting young players coming through and plenty of experience already in the squad. 🇽🇹

And then there’s England…

Harry Kane — what a leader. He doesn’t always get the recognition he deserves, but he certainly does in Germany, particularly around Munich and among Bayern supporters.

The way he is spoken about over there, including talk of him being worthy of the Ballon d’Or, tells you just how highly he is regarded.

I certainly wouldn’t begrudge him that. A humble, hard-working and top-class player. 👏

As for my Germany adventure, what a trip!

A huge thank you to everyone in the German press, media, radio and television who helped spread the word about Kilted Klopp. The welcome I received was fantastic and it has certainly helped introduce the concept to a much wider German audience. 🇩🇪

I’m now going to be a little less visible online for a while, as I have plenty of work to get on with quietly in the background.

But… 👀

I have a new offering to announce in the next couple of days.

So keep an eye out!

And there’ll be some Dundee content coming too, including The Law. More on that separately.

Lots still to come…

HOW KILTED KLOPP🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇩🇪 BEGAN…

It started with people constantly telling me I looked like Jürgen Klopp — and even wanting to stop me for photographs! 😂

So when Kloppo got the Deutschland job, I thought… let's have some fun with it.

From a story in the Dundee Courier and The Scottish Sun, to the Highland Games, Dundee, St Andrews and some brilliant chance encounters along the way.

But Kilted Klopp🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇩🇪 became about much more than looking like Klopp.

Football • Banter • Engagement

Meeting people from different countries, backgrounds and walks of life. Having a laugh. Hearing people's stories. Making connections.

And hopefully breaking down a few barriers along the way.

More love. More acceptance. More positivity. ❤️

This was only Chapter One…

🇳🇱 Amsterdam
🇩🇪 Germany

The next stage of Kilted Klopp Goes Abroad is coming! 🌍⚽️

Germany's got Klopp❤️.
Scotland's got Kilted Klopp😀.

“Excuse me… do you like football?” 😂⚽️

Then came the question I hear all the time…

“Has anyone ever told you that you look like Jürgen Klopp?” 👀

What makes this one even better is that he actually thought I was Klopp when I walked into the gym! 🤣

So I got him on camera to tell the story himself.

Germany’s got Klopp 🇩🇪
Scotland’s got Kilted Klopp 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 😂
