Since the very first day in Sao Luis we knew we would come back. And indeed, it happened after 10 months thanks to @kobie__ty which invited us for job shadowing to learn more about educational centers in rural areas. And there is loots to learn from @centro_co.re It was an intense time of exchanging experiences, co-working and generating new ideas in the beautiful scenario of Alentejo, Portugal. We go back with lots of inspirations, plans, motivation and stronger bonds which is exactly what we came there for. Thank you!

The second day of the QUEST-ON training was dedicated to behaviour. We explored the meaning of various emotions and the impact they have on our behaviour. We also discussed what we could do when we or other people experience certain emotions. We got to know different possible reactions, identifying those, which are more useful and effective. We also practiced deep listening, getting to know some of the coaching tools: silence, questions, paraphrasing/clarifying, mirroring. In the afternoon we went for a quest to nature to see how it can help us to find answers for our questions. We continued with a networking session, getting to know organisations represented in the training. The day finished with a Magic Night in the newly built Holistic Center of @livingearth.pl Żywa Ziemia <3

QUEST-ON was implemented by @kobie__ty and co-financed by the European Union.

The Exchange of good practices in Łódź was a supercool experience. We summarized at @tubajka w Parku Źródliska, reflecting on what we've learned and how this could contribute to our own communities. It was an intense week, full of inspiration and challenges yet we finish it with lots of gratitude and appreciation toward Łódź as a city and above all to local activists who work together to make it a better place for everyone. We definitely want to be in Łódź more often, reconnect to it as one of the places we call home. Thank you, Łódź, thank you changemakers, and thank you @art_deka and the other people who made it possible <3

Exchange of food practices was implemented by @kobie__ty within Soil Soul Society project co-financed by the European Union.

Day 11
Time to truly say goodbye 🫂👋...
So many new memories and so much emotions awaken... Where was I?
Where am I going?
Where will I be?
What I want to see?
What I want other to see in me?
Am I myself?
Was I alone?
Were we you and I
Or was just me?
Are other living my life or is truly me?
With my soul and scars to live though and true my days...
Hoping to see you again...

One last fire warmed up the night then....
It was dawn and the end of everything...

📸Special thanks to @radownisia for the amazing pictures
