Back in January of 2024 me and my partner took a trip for her birthday and visited the American Museum of the Housecat. The museum was founded by Dr. Harold Sims to display his massive collection of cat memorabilia and to help fund his no-kill shelter for cats. My children are lifelong catlovers like their old man, so I knew I’d have to bring them to see the museum. Since we were last here Dr. Sims has passed away but his legacy is still being carried on by his staff. There’s been additions and changes made recently, but his presence is still very much palpable in this sacred place. The children loved it! This is definitely somewhere we will be visiting for years to come ♥️
