It’s easier to find the time when you’ve built your life around the kind of friends who make you better just by being around.

We met for a mall walk, and after 60 mins and 2.25 miles with the kids we remembered we haven’t done our 25 Strong Challenge from @fit4momhq yet today. So, of COURSE we got down on the dirty mall floor and knocked it out together! 🤣 Forever grateful for old friends and new who show up to work hard and don’t judge the dust (or our kids big feelings).

You can still join the challenge: 🔗 https://fit4mom.com/25-strong-challenge

Our next mall walk is 8/17. Maybe we’ll remember our mats this time 🤷‍♀️😅

The research said what we’ve known all along: moms need community.

And that’s exactly why FIT4MOM Chandler was created. More than a workout, it’s a place to move, connect, laugh, feel supported, and find the sisterhood that makes motherhood feel a little less lonely.

Your village is here. 🫶

Come to class with us today.

We ribbit-ed our way through a froggy-themed workout — complete with Five Little Speckled Frogs, green bubbles, and some primo mama choreography.

After class the kids painted pots of gold for our leprechaun friends that we’ll be visiting on Tuesday during our Silly Mountain hike.

Workouts bring us together, but the playtime, friendships, and little moments like this are what make it special around here.

Link in bio for the schedule — lots of fun coming up next week 👀

Not either/or. We choose AND.

A workout AND kids playtime.
Girlfriends AND being a mom.
Conversation AND coffee.
Caring for yourself AND for them.

You don’t have to choose between filling your cup or showing up for them.
Here, we do both—together.

Huge thank you to George & Gather for being a safe, welcoming place where moms can rest their souls and connect over coffee. 🤍☕️

Come along for class today 👟

Stroller Strides + coffee at George & Gather ☕️💪

Moms choosing movement.
Kids watching what it looks like to care for your body and your people.
Friendships forming between sips of coffee and diaper changes.

That ripple carries far beyond the workout.

Join us Wednesday and be part of it.
Bring any set of wheels for your kiddo to have some extra fun after class 🚲 🛴 🛼 🛹
