Last week, CNSA participated at the University of the Pacific in Sacramento for Wellness Week on campus. As a community, we must educate on proper ways to remain healthy. We interacted with the community by assessing blood pressure, education about blood pressure, and proper nutrition. We played a game of tic-tac-toe, where participants answered health and nursing questions to win a prize. Wellness Week at the University of the Pacific was a success, and we hope to be involved next year to continue our education.
