saying goodbye to Silent Sky ✨

I am forever grateful for every opportunity I am given, light board operating was fun. I will forever be astonished with how talented the cast is and how hardworking the crew was.

Training gyms are dying.

Of course you have your dime a dozen globo centers that tolerate kids aimlessly prancing around with AirPods jammed in their fcking heads, performing cute modalities, while the “coaches” try to win Instagram..

But as far as real training, inside the walls of real training gyms goes, it’s dying.

Here’s a fact though, and you may not like it.

The kids who play around and get duped on novelty get their shit ran through by the kids who train with intent on punishing.

And I’m talking about a game far more important than the temporary one that takes place between the white lines that are quickly fading.

It’s up to the real leaders in this industry to preserve the training that moves the needle not only in sport, but more importantly in life.

Thank you to all who believe in our mission at Zingler Strength.

I am focused on you specifically and intentionally, every single day of my life.

I’ll tell you what it is.

It’s a haven.

A haven the workers.

A haven for people who want to be apart of something bigger than themselves.

A haven where you can be vulnerable.

A haven where you can laugh, cry, and feel safe & encouraged to be your authentic self.

It’s a haven where you can learn, adapt, grow, and evolve.

And I’m talking in a far deeper context than sprint times and squat maxes.

The world is a fu*ked up place.

The weight room is not.

The weight room is the most just place on earth.

It will give you what you give it, every single time.

It’s so just that it will give you even more than you deserve if you lean into the environment and culture.

And that’s where we come in.

I am an imperfect man, I am.

But trust I will give you everything I have to give to enhance your experience inside our walls and beyond them.

It’s what I was born to do.

Our 15th summer starts tomorrow.

Thanks for giving that kid whose been chasing a dream ever since I can remember a chance to live it.

I won’t let you down.

Summer 2025 coming in hot.

Come check us out.

A better program focused on the global development of athletes from the mental, to the physical, to the emotional, you will not find.

And I’ll take that to the bank.
