What happens when you change your products for just 3 days? 🤔

Researchers at UC Berkeley asked 100 teen girls to swap some of their everyday personal care products for ones made without certain chemicals, like parabens, phthalates, triclosan and oxybenzone.

After just 3 days, levels of those chemicals in their bodies dropped by as much as 45%. 🤯

To be clear, this study didn't show these chemicals cause disease. It measured exposure. But it shows something I find really encouraging: the products we choose every day can make a measurable difference.

You don't have to be perfect or throw everything out. Start with what you use most. 💛

If you’re ever feeling blue, or you want more vitality, take a mini moment for yourself to change your state of mind!

Let’s go my friend,

Doodle art 🖼️ 🎨 on a pad or canvas,
walk around the block,
use a cookie cutter on pastry 🥐 dough to make an incredible brie cheese and berries 👩‍🍳 appetizer, (recipe @grazecraze_wyckoff_nj )

write ✍️ or type something your grateful for in a journal 📔

Stand up- shake it out, do a little 💃 especially if you’ve been sitting too long.

Not only do these little moments bring out the best in us, it fuels us out of lower moods and back to our blissful state!

Are you ready to shine? Say 🙌

When I asked, “What compelled you to join today?” a common theme emerged:

Peace. A timeout for myself. A chance to pause.

These women showed up for themselves, and in doing so, created a beautiful space to connect, create, move, laugh, savor and share.

That’s the Art of Radiance. ✨a little bit of this and that—- journaling painting doodle art, yoga stretch and chakra meditation 🧘‍♀️ cooking, with shared conversations over coffee & tea and a delicious charcuterie board. @grazecraze_wyckoff_nj

A reminder that making space for yourself can also create space for connection and good energy to grow.

Join the Radiance movement with me.

This morning, I stepped away from work to attend a FUN event… and came home to 2 emails from potential clients wanting to work with me.
And honestly? This is your reminder that you don’t have to be glued to your laptop 24/7 to attract clients.

When your marketing is working, your message is clear, and people understand the value of what you offer, inquiries can happen even while you’re out enjoying your life.

So let me ask you:

Are you booking clients weekly?

Or are you constantly wondering where your next client is coming from?

Because you deserve a business where client attraction doesn’t depend on you being “on” every single day.

If you’re ready to create that kind of consistency, let’s talk. 💬 @marlasacks @grazecraze_wyckoff_nj @raeraepo

What does one even do on retreat?

And why does everyone look so blissed out when they return?!

Great question!

The weekend is full of incredible experiences aimed at reconnecting with self, others and nature!!

The various portals we tap into throughout the weekend include:

🧘🏻‍♀️Mindfulness

🔥+ 💦 Hydrotherapy (warm + cold)

💃🏻Movement

🎨 Creativity

🤸‍♀️Play

🍁 Nature

💛 Stillness!

We think it’s through all these portals that we can access our true selves and live life to its fullest! 💯

The food, the people, the environment and experiences are what make retreats!

We have 1️⃣ full retreat experience spot left and a limited amount of day passes for Friday and Saturday!

Will you say yes, and return Sunday feeling the bliss, the rest, and relaxation that comes from attending a NoW Retreat!? 🙌🏻
