An absolute five-star dream in the historic royal city of Jeonju! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Our two days in this captivating city were an absolute highlight of our South Korea journey. We booked our stay through Booking.com at the breathtaking Bomul Stay | Private SPA Hanok, which served as our ultimate sanctuary of peace and relaxation. Unwinding in our own private spa and sauna area after an inspiring day of exploring was pure luxury for both body and mind.

Jeonju also completely enchanted us with its extraordinary culinary scene. At the stylish Café 1938 (@cafe1938), we enjoyed exceptional coffee, delightful food, and a wonderfully unique ambiance. The absolute highlight for our palates, however, was our visit to Goyang Segwan / Wuyan Shangguan (@goyang_segwan / @wuyan_shangguan). Tasting traditional Bibimbap in its most original, authentic form right in the historic birthplace of this world-famous dish was a culinary experience we will never forget!

A truly magical moment occurred when our girls had the opportunity to select and wear gorgeous, elegant Hanbok dresses. Strolling through ancient temples, serene shrines, and picturesque alleys clad in these vibrant traditional robes felt like stepping straight into a fairy tale from Korea's royal past.

When night fell, Jeonju revealed an entirely new layer of enchantment. In the evening, the historic old town is illuminated so beautifully, casting a warm, golden glow across the traditional Hanok architecture and stone pathways. Walking through the softly lit streets in the evening felt so cozy, safe, and deeply comforting that you instantly feel right at home.

This was a thoroughly incredible vacation filled with rich culture, stunning aesthetics, and unforgettable memories. Thank you to the magnificent city of Jeonju (@jeonju_city / @visitjeonju) for these magical days!

🥐 Step 1: Grab a tray on the ground floor and pick out your favorite fresh pastries & breads.

☕ Step 2: Head upstairs to the spacious terrace to order your coffee, take a seat, and enjoy the vibe!

The baked goods are top quality and the terrace atmosphere is wonderful for relaxing outdoors. It is definitely on the pricier side, and carrying your items upstairs yourself takes a bit of extra effort—but it’s well worth a stop if you’re cafe-hopping in Busan! 🥐✨
