Team Lossiemouth headed to Ae Forest last week to organise and compete in the @rafcycling 2026 RAF DH & Enduro Championships.

Hats off to @toby_blunstone and @joshmeadows_mtb for sorting out excellent trails for racing and @m_whale86 for being the timing gear guru.

Team Lossiemouth took the win in both the DH and Enduro competitions with @lochhead_mtb Andy Lochhead taking the win in both - fair play he has put the work in this year!

@winstonridesbikes took the win in the eMtb category for the enduro and finished 4th in the DH race, with @westcountrypower Nat Lucas taking 5th and @toby_blunstone in 7th making it 4 Lossie riders in the top 10 💪

Until next year team - that’s a wrap!

2026 @rafgravitymtb @rafcycling Downhill and Enduro Champs completed! 😲

Well done to everyone who showed up and competed!

Delighted to take the win for both, not an easy thing to do when the competition is so good!! A pleasure to share the podium with @g_h_wood and @sbell_184

Thanks to @toby_blunstone for organising such a sick event, your hard work was appreciated 👏 🤙.

Fun last race of the season with the @rafgravitymtb team. Shame about the first run but got a smooth 2nd run it for a 18th overall, now it’s time to start working towards next season

P13 at Pearce cycles Rd3. Some difficult conditions but I was happy with how I rode but with some mistakes in my race run.

BFBS (@forcesnews) @ukafcycling Inter-Services DH and Enduro Championships - planned, delivered and competed in and venue cleared ✅

It’s been a busy few weeks getting everything lined up for this event 😮‍💨 but it was pretty cool to see it all come together and, in particular, to see so many people enjoying themselves! The DH was pretty loose and fast with the incredibly dry trails but things were a bit touch and go on the Thursday morning where, after 3 months of solid sunshine, it looked like the weather ⛈️ ⚡️ might derail plans for the Enduro. Thankfully the storm subsided and the rain cleared off for most of the day, with the tracks largely benefitting from a bit of rain! 👌

There are a load of thank yous that I need to push out to those that helped make the event happen:

ACES event staff and marshals - thank you for making sure the event ran so smoothly. Without you, there would have been no event! 🙌

@ukafcycling, @forcesnews, @britarmycycling, @fenwicksbike & @towergate_insurance - thank you for the funding to make it all happen! 🙏

@caersws_bike_park - Awesome venue! Thanks for having us JR! 🙌

@hopetech - thank you for providing the most awesome trophies and medals! 👌 🥇 🏆

Prizes - huge thank you to all the @armyenduromtb supporters that provided amazing prizes:

@evocsports
@odigrips_uk
@fidlockbike
@fenwicksbike

Thank you @epiccustomsuk for the awesome number boards!

Finally - @armyenduromtb @british_army_downhill_team @rafgravitymtb @royalnavy_mtb - thanks for turning up and competing, it was great to see you all! 🙌

To anyone else that helped out in the background, thank you! It’s hugely appreciated!
