4 min to get our golden retriever energy out of our body. When you have fun, it’s very easy to get in the flow. Enjoying the things you do and clearing your mind off socials media, unfortunately makes time past by so fast. I wish you stayed longer in the gym that night.

A little sense of speed always feels good.

The moment I felt like I could add speed in my techniques reminded of my body submerged underwater. That light feeling of satisfaction when you feel comfortable in otherwise unusual circumstances.

With parkour, I don’t think I want to be the best at acrobatics or the best at balancing myself on a pole, but I want to feel like I can traverse obstacles with flow.

I want to look at infrastructures and tell myself: I can create a story with that thing.
