Proud dad post 9 of 10:

This second to last post is a thank you to the ALSAC team. ALSAC — the American Lebanese Syrian Associated Charities, founded by Danny Thomas — is the fundraising and awareness engine behind St. Jude, the reason no family ever sees a bill for treatment, travel, housing, or food. The team we met this week is the reason this whole experience was possible.

Thank you @claireeh02 for sticking with us as we followed @justinprose99 on the first day over four holes. While we walked and talked, we realized we had all sorts of Jackson, MS connections that only happen in Mississippi.

Thank you @raganlessley who was Robby's go-to chauffeur, her green golf cart zipping us around from place to place. Always quick to invite him to come sit and eat, and keeping us on track like the multi-year @fedexchamp pro she is.

A special thank you to @a_darthvela, who was our point person through all of this. Alen was always quick to communicate, quick to respond, and checked on us before, during, and after the tournament — making sure we had everything we needed and felt cared for the entire week. Alen, if you're reading this: the work you do changes lives, and I hope this week added a little wind in your sails to keep going.

A few we wish we'd gotten photos with, but didn't: To Holly, for great conversations at the Danny Thomas Celebrity-Am about parenting, classical education, and being a small business owner — she braved the heat while Robby ran around. To Dee, for listening to our St Jude story and being a consistently friendly and welcoming face in rooms full of strangers. To Ben and Kevin, who stopped and talked with me at multiple events about fatherhood and life. And lastly, to Nicole, for leading this team to accomplish great things.

And to everyone at ALSAC we met and didn't meet who played a role — thank you! Y'all made us feel seen, valued, and gave us memories that will last a lifetime. On top of that, y'all have helped raise close to $90 million for @stjude since this tournament's partnership began in 1970. As a patient family, we are forever grateful.

A little FESJC week throwback.

August Memphis heat, long days, changing plans, and plenty of twists and turns — but this team handled every bit of it.

It takes the best of the best to navigate the unexpected while keeping the guest experience at the center of everything. So grateful for the teammates who helped bring these events to life and made the chaos look easy.
