📍 THE SECRET GILIS 🏝️🌞🐚
If you’re heading to Lombok and looking for islands to explore without the tourists, unreal snorkelling, pretty beaches, fresh local seafood & dancing with the locals then chuck the secret gilli islands on your list. @lombok.go.tours are your guys for an epic day ✌🏼
We had the absolute best fun of exploring Gilli Kedis, Gili Nanggu & Gili Sudak.

* Side note: I was actually sooo sick for the first time in years, but a day full of sunshine, ocean swims, laughter, real human connection & dancing the only type of medicine needed 🤌🏼
Enjoying this season of life making up for lost time & just absolutely living Barry 🌞

** Disclaimer: no one was hurt (too seriously) in the making of this human pyramid 😜
5 stars for us & @sicfeb.visuals for your patience xx

Not sure if we’ve mentioned it… but we have a photographer on retreat.

And he’s very good at the whole casually thriving in Indonesia thing.

This is our kinda long lunch🐟🌴

You see, our adventure-focused retreats are all about taking the road less travelled.

Getting away from the tourist trail.

Finding the tiny islands most people visiting Lombok will never see.

Jumping off the boat into ridiculously blue water.

Eating freshly caught seafood with your feet in the sand.

Cold Bintangs on the table.

No fancy beach club. No curated tourist experience.

Just really bloody good food, a tiny Indonesian island + a bunch of women having the time of their lives.

This is the Lombok we LOVE showing you.

And exactly why our adventure retreats hit different.

Want more of THIS in 2027?

Our Strength & Adventure + Boxing & Adventure Retreats are live - and spots are already moving.

Come train. Explore. Eat the seafood. Meet some bloody great women.

Pick your adventure + book the trip 🌴
Save 10% until August 31 - use the code EARLYBIRD at checkout.

Look, we can bang on about our retreats all day.

But these women have actually been on one.

So we’ll let them do the talking 👉🏼

19 women.
19 different lives.
19 different reasons for booking in 2026.

And a LOT of talk about the same things…

Connection. Confidence. New mates. Doing shit they didn’t think they could do. Feeling like themselves again.

Funny that.

We’ll give you the ridiculous locations, the movement, the adventures, the long lunches + the itinerary.

The women who show up make the rest.

Swipe through.

And if somewhere around slide 7 you start thinking stuff it, I need to do this…

Good timing 😂

2027 is booking NOW.

Use EARLYBIRD before August 31 for 10% OFF your retreat.

Almost 30 women have already locked in their 2027 spot.

Maybe it’s your turn 🌴

Excludes Komodo Sail - you lot already sold that one out.

Yeah, you can sit in bed all day when you’re sick… or you can dose up on Jamu, Tolak Angin Flu (IYKYK), coconuts, sunshine, ocean, laughter & a couple of shakas with the gals while pretending you all know how to surf… & there’s your best medicine 🤙🏼🌞🌊🥥
