Congratulations to my @rahkeemfaison and the NSU SPARTANS on receiving both their Indoor and Outdoor MEAC Championship rings at their Homecoming Tonight💍

Although I couldn’t be there in person to witness, my track star knew I hated not being their and he made sure I felt included 🫶🏾

Leaving never gets easy, but my husband said something that reminded me—he’s good. He’s focused, he knows what he wants for himself, and he’s ready. He’s prayed up, covered, and leaving with all of my hugs, love, and blessings.

Praying for an amazing, successful, and safe Sophomore year—academically and athletically. Keep God first, stay focused, and go get everything you’ve worked for. Mommy loves you always! 🙏🏾💚💛 #NorFolkState

I had the one of the BEST birthdays — filled with laughs, love, rest, relaxation, and some of my favorite people, enjoying the little moments, and soaking in all the birthday blessings.

A HUGE thank you to the over 400 birthday messages, everyone who called, texted, posted and prayed for me. Y’all made made a girl feel great 💙

Happy 21st I mean 47th Birthday to Me! 🎉🎂 CashApp is now open $DHF97

From the little girl with bows in her hair to the woman God has blessed me to become, I am grateful for 47 years of God’s grace, mercy, and faithfulness. For many years, this day was bittersweet as I remembered the loss of my father on my 19th birthday. But God brought healing, and today I celebrate His goodness, His favor, and the life He has blessed me with.

I am grateful for another year of life, another opportunity to love, serve, laugh, travel, and make memories. So as I step into a new chapter, I do so with a thankful heart, a praise on my lips, renewed faith, and great expectation for all that God has in store. Here’s to walking boldly in purpose and embracing every blessing, now time to sail off 🚢

“This is the day that the Lord has made; I will rejoice and be glad in it.” — Psalm 118:24
