What if your breath could help you release old patterns, access new possibilities and reconnect with the energy of thriving? ✨

This week on *Awakening*, I’m joined by RahQuel Star—Gamma Breathwork creator, Reiki Master, DJ, dancer and somatic healing practitioner.

RahQuel’s journey has taken her from performing as a prima ballerina to exploring Reiki, breathwork, music, movement and energy healing. Today, she brings these practices together to help others connect more deeply with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems and awaken their authentic potential.

In this powerful conversation, we explore Gamma consciousness, embodiment, releasing the energetic charge held within old patterns and creating space for new ways of being. RahQuel also shares how breath, Reiki, music and movement can become tools for transformation—and reminds us that we already hold the keys within us.

Stay until the end of the full episode for a special guided Gamma Breathwork experience. ✨

Available Thursday on YouTube and all podcast platforms.

The Way of the Initiate Summit begins TODAY, September 21!

Five days.

More than 20 teachers.

Ancient Mystery School wisdom, consciousness, energy work, activations, transformation, embodied awakening—and the LIVE launch of The Way of the Initiate.

And it's completely free.

But here's what I really want you to know:

You don't need another five days of information.

Neither do I.

What I'm interested in is what happens when something you already know becomes something you actually embody.

That's the difference between a student and an initiate.

A student learns about something.

An initiate becomes something.

And that's the energy we're bringing into this gathering.

There are a few moments I don't want you to miss:

✨ September 21: We begin.

🌗 September 22: Fall Equinox—a powerful threshold of balance and transition.

📖 September 23: The Way of the Initiate book launches LIVE with the contributing authors.

And if you can't make it live, we've got you—the replay weekend is September 26–27.

So there's really no reason not to join us.

Register now and you'll also receive the three bonus experiences waiting for you:

The Lost Art of Initiation series, a live Energy Activation Transmission, and Decoding the Temples.

Come into the room.

Come curious.

Come open.

Come exactly as you are.

But don't come expecting to simply consume more information.

Come ready to cross something.

👉 REGISTER FREE @ www.thewayoftheinitiate.online

I'll see you inside.
