Less is so often more… This fixture for @railiclasen evolved from concept sent my way by @ericolsendesign Buzzell can you bend some brass tubing like this ??? 🤔 There was a stack of prototypes in Mild steel lying on the studio floor before we got there 😵‍💫 but the end result was magical. All brought together by @showalterconstruction Always a pleasure working with this team 🔥❤️

Another coastal retreat we're so proud of, this one in Corona del Mar 🌊 From concept to completion, it took an exceptional team — incredible architects and designers bringing the vision to life alongside us. We were delighted to tour the brand new cottages at @lido_house hotel in Newport Beach, CA, which were just unveiled. The most fun and unique part is that each of the five cottages was designed by a different local designer. The designers were asked to bring their own take on coastal Newport Beach living, so no two feel alike. These are 2-bedroom, 3-story units that can be booked like a regular hotel stay, meaning you’ll have a full, private home to yourself with all the service and amenities of a hotel just steps away. Swipe through to see inside (all original photography) and discover the designers behind each one. Find Lido House Hotel on @opulist when searching for hotels in Newport Beach. Happy birthday sister Raili! Even when you tried your best to boss me around, I always knew you had my back. You are the best sister anyone could ask for.

A first look at the newest chapter of Lido House. We joined @lido_house for the ribbon cutting and an exclusive preview of five new cottages, each brought to life by talented local designers and thoughtfully designed with its own distinct point of view. A special vision led by Bob Olson and @rdo_development, the new cottages are a beautiful addition to this corner of Newport Beach, with @lidomarinavillage’s premier waterfront shopping and dining just steps away.. making it the ideal location to experience even more of Lido during your next visit. Congratulations to the entire team behind this exciting expansion!

Yesterday, we celebrated the grand opening of five new cottages—an expansion we broke ground on just one year ago and a project that has truly come full circle. Each cottage has its own personality and story, brought to life by five incredibly talented design teams and guided by our own Sue Ellen. What you see today is the result of an extraordinary team effort—from our designers, contractors and builders to the City, our community and the entire Lido House team. There are no words for how special it is to see these cottages finally come to life. We hope they become places where memories are made—weekends away, celebrations with friends and family, and many special Newport Beach moments for years to come. To everyone who played a part in bringing this vision to life: thank you. Here’s to the next chapter of Lido House. 🥂 Ocean Boulevard Cottage - @barclaybutera Castaways Cottage - @barelybeigestudio Yacht Club Cottage - @dianejohnsondesign Beacon Bay Cottage - @shopskout Echo Beach Cottage - @railiclasen 📸 @summersidecreative #lidohousecottages #lidohouse #newportbeach #rdodevelopment
