It’s amazing what a difference a fresh render can make 🤩

For this project, the rear of the property was re-rendered to match the front and existing house, creating a much cleaner and more consistent finish throughout.

One of those changes that might seem simple, but completely transforms the overall look of a property.

A big thank you to @rainbow_rendering_ltd for working with us on this one 🤝

What do you think of the finished result?

New bathroom renovation started, ripped out the old bathroom, removed the old cladding then tiles and then plaster. Cored new holes for the new location of the toilet, sink and extractor fan.

Called in @rainbow_rendering_ltd to start with the plaster work and then disaster as we lifted the lino and found an absolute mess of a floor.

Had to rip out the old floor sister up new floor joists, fix the plumbing under the floor and then relay the new moisture resistant boards.

This will be a beautiful bathroom once finished!
