Our first week back in humid stormy rainy hot Indy. Kelsey’s son Leo at his dad’s. Baby Willa and Kelsey and me traipsing about in our post-Colorado family and friends trip glow and some relief at summer adventures being over. A visit to the Harrison Presidential home from whence he campaigned from the front porch. A day trip to Bloomington, a town more eco and green and collegy ala Boulder. We’re broke and struggling on many levels and happy and grateful all at once.

Had the opportunity to join @haileekayhair for festival braiding during EDC week and can’t put into words how amazing the whole experience was! Got to braid alongside some amazing braiders, take more clients than I ever have before, learn and grow around people with the same goals as me and even attend my first ever EDC 🥹😭✨❤️‍🔥 I won’t give my usual spiel on how much I love Hailee, but things like this truly wouldn’t be possible without her. 💖

On Sunday I had the honor of teaching a razor cut bob + bangs class to a group of incredible stylists right here in Charlotte!! It’s been a dream come true to educate and inspire others that get more confident in their cutting skills, thank you to everyone who spent their day off learning with me. I can’t wait to see what you create!! And a special thanks to @laceybneal for welcoming me back into her beautiful salon and hosting us! 🖤 If you weren’t able to make this class, don’t stress!! I offer individual and group classes. Send me a message to set up a custom class!
