🎨 A mural to mark one year on from the fire ❤️🧡💛 @st.martins.school continues to move forward with incredible support from the local community:

❤️ @rainbowballoonteam for fundraising to raise money for the school
🧡 Donations and supplies from local businesses and people all around Oswestry
💛 tremendous effort from the staff, pupils and families during their time home learning

As usual I have lots of hidden gems in there - if you've guessed any or want me to spill the beans let me know in the comments ⬇️

On Monday 12th October, you can step into the phoenix yourself as part of the school’s Open Evening, 6–8pm 🔥

Daytime tours are also available to book between 9.30–11.30am. St Martins school would love to welcome you in to see what’s been achieved together.

Many years ago, @hey_itsmeniki told me about a magical place called Cappadocia, Turkey. Every morning, the sky fills with hundreds of hot-air balloons floating above fairy chimneys and ancient caves. It’s also home to incredible underground cities—and Cappadocia is even mentioned in the Bible!

I’ve dreamed of visiting ever since, so between our wonderful travel agent, @heretoday.travel & my hubby @spike_bulldog pulled it all together…and here we are! It is simply stunning. We’re only on day one, so there’s much more to come! 🎈🇹🇷✨

It was definitely a full circle moment as Brad proposed to me in a hot air balloon over 30 years ago!!! I love you

A great weekend as compère for the @oswestryballooncarnival this weekend. So much fun hosting the main arena activities.

Extra special to get some flying hours in thanks to the team at @pilotpetesflyinglegacy and to @dombareford for instructing me throughout the flight. Quite pleased with my progress this weekend with another 3 hours ticked off towards getting my license.

Here is a clip of Saturday morning’s flight, with thanks to the crew I roped in from @rainbowballoonteam

Rise with the sun, float with the dreams, and roll with the fells. From dawn to dusk, every shot is a breath of Lake District magic—balloons soaring, sunsets glowing, and our trusty @adria_uk Twin Supreme enjoying the glow.

Some Beautiful early scenes at the Troutbeck Hot Air Balloon Meet. Golden sunset over the fells, as small fixed wing aircraft fly, microlights glide in and hot air balloons rise. All what feels like touching distance from the van. An amazing charity event for men’s mental health, organised by Daniel King @maddieking2308 & Mark Stelling. Magic in the skies with meaning on the ground.
