What a great summer so far, some amazing people we have had the honor of guiding and experiencing a day out on the river with. Folks stopping in the shop from far away places and our locals who come to hang out at the fly shop and tell stories of days gone by. Truly blessed @mvfs_2022 @phillyflyfishingguy @flyfishingfarfour @mountainman_joe @price_vinson @rainbowtrouttc @thegratefuldrift @wyldeman83

The fishing has been stellar in our area. Upper elevations and cooler water temperatures are key. We have had one of our best months since inception and ran some amazing trips as well, focusing on wild trout and native brook trout and creating a fly fishing experience. @mvfs_2022 @flyfishingfarfour @phillyflyfishingguy @mountainman_joe @price_vinson @wyldeman83 @rainbowtrouttc #828isgreat❤️ #maggievalleynorthcarolina #flyfishing #maggievalleyflyshop

One amazing pic from yesterday’s trip with @flyfishingfarfour . We teach a lot of new to fly fishing and young children throughout the year. Summertime is a great time for teaching and getting the youngsters out on the river. @mvfs_2022 @flyfishingfarfour @phillyflyfishingguy @mountainman_joe @aspire_fly_fishing_llc @thegratefuldrift @rainbowtrouttc #flyfishing #outdoors #maggievalleync

Chasing wild fish in “New water” to me is perfect. Take your time to read the river. Go with someone who knows! Enjoy the surroundings 😎⛰️🎣#outdoors #browntrout #catchandrelease #flyfishing #beginner
