HEADLINER-
My first musical baby …
Latin. Tech house. And a bit of funk
I’m not everyone’s cup of tea.
Good thing I was never trying to be cheap coffee.
I’ve learned something funny about people—
some will call you too much
simply because they were only built for less.
Too loud.
Too intense.
Too emotional.
Too ambitious.
Too unforgettable.
How convenient.
Because the truth is,
I was never too much—
they were just uncomfortable
standing next to someone
who refused to shrink.
I stopped explaining myself
to people committed to misunderstanding me.
That alone felt like luxury.
You don’t need to chase attention
when your presence already shifts the room.
And if my existence bothers you that much…
thank you for the free marketing.
Iconic, really—
omnipresent,
the headline without attendance.
Giving shallow minds
depth and conversation
with nothing but my presence.
Charity work, honestly. #funk #latinadj #latintechhouse #funkyhouse #freestyle

Northwest King.

Seattle’s Buckshot has consistently been at the top of the hill for the past several years in the Northwest. Big moves, slick flow, and physics-defying direction changes make up his repertoire, and he’s only getting better and better.

Happy Black History Month.
