🤎 Emotional reel 🤎This one was personal. 🤎

I recently had the privilege of helping some really good friends sell their beautiful log home in Princeton, tucked away on 21 acres of land.

And the best part? It never even hit the MLS.

But this sale was about so much more than finding a buyer. It was about helping friends navigate a big life transition, even when a part of you wishes they didn’t have to leave a place they loved so much.

That’s the thing about real estate. Sometimes it’s business, sometimes it’s personal, and sometimes it’s both.

The relationships we build, the trust people place in us, and the ability to help someone take that next step even when it’s bittersweet 🤎 are the parts of this business that mean the most to me.

I’m so grateful they trusted me to be part of this chapter, and I’m excited for what lies ahead for them. Goodbye 13 Town Farm Road Princeton. #princetonma #logcabin 🏡 #offmarketsale #opendoorrealestate
