What a crazy four days ( four months ) I’ve gotten to live and experience. It’s been my honor to be apart of one of the best plays ever produced from rains community. Along with so many lovely and talented people who deserve the world. I have been very lucky in my life and the years I’ve been in theatre to be in many shows but this by far is my favorite. Venturing into the deep of Willy Lomans spiral. Being awarded alongside many talented people and earring three medals and being one of two people to win OAP Best Performer has been a privilege and blessing. Hanging out this week with many other schools and the mighty Rains company is memories this ole theatre mule will always cherish. I couldn’t have chosen a better script, cast, show, time, and crew. It quite literally is the perfect play. And although we did not advance from Bi-District I still have much appreciation for what we have and the honor we bring to the Rains name. Even with the adversity we faced going up against schools with bigger budgets and sets etc, I’m thankful that we don’t have that because it gives us appreciation for what we do have here in Rains. And no one, or judge can take that away from me. I look forward to the day Rains Theatre finally and rightfully so, makes it to state. Thanks to everyone who’s helped with the show, family members and friends who have run lines with me at three at night, Love you mom, and thank GOD I DON’T HAVE TO WEAR THAT GHASTLY WIG ANYMORE!!! Thank god, that I was apart of Death of A Salesmen, that I got to play a role that blessed me with one of many performances of a life time, and for the memories in it.
