Have you ever noticed how the sound of rain makes you want to slow down, close your eyes, and simply be?

There is something soothing about listening to the gentle rhythm of falling rain.

This is one of the reasons I love incorporating the XL Amaranth Rainstick from @rainstick_dreams into my LIVI LOVE sound bath experiences.

With one turn, it creates up to 20 minutes of continuous rain sounds, allowing me to weave in crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes for an immersive listening experience.

Every sound has its place. Every instrument brings something different to the experience.

For my fellow sound healers, meditation teachers, and wellness practitioners looking to expand their instrument collection, I invite you to explore Rainstick Dreams.

For everyone else, close your eyes, turn up the volume, and enjoy a little moment of stillness.

Had to get some Rainstick love on the feed after hearing everyone’s alternative ideas on what it sounds like 😂

It’s still a mesmerising sound for me, deeply relaxing 😎

Have you ever listened to the rain and felt yourself naturally slow down? 🌧️

There’s something so comforting about the sound of rainfall. No rush. No expectations. A moment to simply be.

I recently added the XL Amaranth Rainstick from @rainstick_dreams to my sound healing collection and had the opportunity to introduce it during STILLNESS, my signature LIVI LOVE Salt Cave Sound Bath Experience.

It brought exactly the gentleness the space needed. Soft, soothing, and peaceful.

What I love most is how one turn creates up to 20 minutes of continuous rainfall, allowing me to play my crystal singing bowls, gong, and chimes while the sound of rain continues in the background.

It’s these little details I love bringing into my LIVI LOVE gatherings. Every sound has an intention, and every detail matters.

Thank you, @rainstick_dreams, for this beautiful addition. 🤍

A dear friend recently asked how the first MuMu Moments event went?

It went a little something like this…
MuMu Moments was absolutely beautiful. It was spiritual, it was ceremonial, it was freeing, it was loving, it was communal, and it was joyful.

Everytime I think about how it all came together I get chills. I am still relishing in the moments. Trying to put into words that feeling that comes when you see the vision in your mind, and it gets executed exactly as you imagined!!! 🤯

To every woman who stepped through the portal, thank you for trusting me with your time, your energy, and your presence. You helped make this experience what it was.

This is what it looks like when women feel safe enough to JUST BE.
MuMu Moments: An Immersive Women’s Wellness Experience.

I am so grateful for this vision that God gave me and honored to co-create it with God. Until our next MuMu Moment… keep choosing your FREEDOM!

Getting your sound healing certification is one thing… actually knowing what to do when you book your first event is another 😅

There’s SO much that goes into facilitating a sound bath beyond just playing your instruments, and honestly, a lot of it you end up figuring out through trial and error.

After facilitating hundreds of sound baths and working with hundreds of clients, I finally put together a 𝟮𝟬-𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 covering all the little things I've learned along the way.

From venue logistics and room setup to what to bring, creating ambience, troubleshooting tech, managing participants, and everything in between.

Whether you're preparing for your very first sound bath or just want to feel a little more organized before your next one, I hope this helps take some of the guesswork out of the process. 💜

A little SPACE to pause, breathe & clear the mind during midterms. 🌌

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to return to my alma mater @csulongbeach , for another student wellness session, this time inside their immersive 360° room for Float Among the Stars!🌟

I guided 6 sessions for students, incorporating breathwork and a sound bath to help them slow down and shift out of the mental noise, all while surrounded by celestial visuals and sound.🪐

Grateful to share these practices with students and give them a moment to pause. Thanks for having me and to everyone who joined! 🤍

Lately I’ve just been feeling really introspective. A little more reclusive too, but honestly, I think I’ve needed it.

I’ve been craving less noise. Less stuff. Less constant input.

There’s just so much coming at us all the time. So much information, advice, content, healing, fixing, improving, consuming… and sometimes I think it can all become a little too much.

I’ve been wanting to strip things back and reconnect with what actually matters.

More quiet.
More presence.
More time with the people I love.
More connection to my body, my intuition, and what feels true for me.

I don’t really feel like I need more right now.

I think I need less.
Less fluff. Less overstimulation. Less outside noise.

And a little more space to hear myself again.

I’m curious how everyone else is feeling lately. Are you craving more, or are you feeling the pull to simplify too?

And if you’re needing a little space to slow down, soften, and reconnect, I’m hosting another free community sound bath.
