What better dinner to have on America’s 250th birthday than burgers on homemade buns, with homemade fries?? These are truly the best burgers we’ve ever had 😋 Happy birthday ol’ girl! 🇺🇸❤️🤍💙

One of our rules as a family is to not eat chicken on 🐔 butchering day. That just gives us another excuse to enjoy a flat iron and some ribeyes from Raising ‘em Right Beef. Getting 1/2 of a beef from them may just be the best idea we have ever had!

A 3 day dry age on these bone in ribeyes and New York strips made for a delicious dinner. There were sides too, but look at those steaks!! 🤤

We are loving the beef!!

Uncommon epicureans know that delicious meals for breakfast do not have to be fancy. This is so easy to make! Grilled bread, cheese omelette, leftover ribeye steak from our partner Raising ‘em Right Beef, in-house roasted garlic, and a sour cream sauce incorporating our friend’s green paste base (Hess Street Foods). When you use excellent products, everything tastes awesome! #beuncommon #uncommonmarket #betterwithpeople #uncommonjuniorchef @hess_street_foods @raising_em_right

Don’t know if I’d made any good @raising_em_right meals since I moved, needed to fix that! Bavette fajitas as part of a tex Mex surf’n’turf dinner. So good.

When a local uncommon partner has great beef, you get hungry! Yesterday evening, I got the coals just right, grilled up Raising ‘em Right Beef, and made a delicious sandwich with garlic bread, layers of marinated sliced beef, seasoned grape tomatoes, and an in-house lime cilantro sauce. Perfect for all uncommon epicureasn! Thanks, Matt! I was stuffed! #beuncommon #uncommonmarket #betterwithpeople #uncommonjuniorchef @raising_em_right

My brother @jriz_2000 with his first Beef Wellington!! He served it with a Red Wine Reduction and Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta!! So good!!

Thanks again to @raising_em_right for such quality meat, these petite tenderloins were perfect for it!

Definitely a bit "rustic" haha but made Lomo Saltado from our @raising_em_right beef tenderloin!! I am a huge fan of Peruvian food and have wanted to make this for a while :)

The vegetables were a bit overcooked and I had to sub habanero hot sauce for the traditional aji amarillo (not available near me 😩), but it turned out pretty good. The homemade fries were great with it too!
