Having my sister come to town had me feeling high this past week 💚 even doing the simplest things like sipping our greens together, going on our daily neighborhood walks & just hangin at home as a family brought me so much joy. All my life she’s been my best friend and seeing how amazing of an auntie she is and how she loves on my babies is such a special heartwarming feeling. She’s truly the best 🙏🏽🥰 I miss you already sissy @raisinglegacies 💖💖

You know those days when leaving the house feels like way more effort than it should? 😂

You don’t need to get dressed up or have some big plan.

Just show up.

Workout clothes? Fine.
Dresser up? Fine.
Loungewear? Fine.
Not feeling it? Also fine. 😂

Because sometimes you almost don’t go… and then you’re SO glad you did.

Maybe you don’t need a big night. Maybe you just need to get out of the house. Love you girls so glad I was able to squeeze a little time in with you 🤍💫

Day 25 of #yap30 is so simple + sweet. It’s wild what one little seed can become 🍋🌳

My sister and I planted this lemon tree with our mom 30 years ago. She isn’t physically here with us anymore, but this tree is.

And somehow, 30 years later, it’s still growing. Still giving. Still producing more than we could ever use.

There’s something so symbolic about that to me. The things we plant in love can keep bearing fruit long after we’re gone🤍

My lil sister, Tanya legit thought the lyrics to @hilaryduff “Our Lips are Sealed” was “ALEX THE SEAL” 🤣🦭 and boy would she belt it!! Until one day I turned off the music right off at the part and caught her (such an older sister meanie thing to do). I’ve never let her forget this and even shared the story in my maid of honor speech at her wedding🤣 I of course got Tanya’s permission to share this before I made it my day 5 share of #yap30 lol I love you @raisinglegacies

Time to hit the way back machine...Thank you to @tupua_productions for sharing your choreography with Girl Scout Troop 3580 to celebrate the Orange County International Food Fair. The girls put in lots of work and extra practice to learn the aparima, make lei, and perform for all of the other local troops! A pōpō maita‘i! 👏✨
