THE CLIMB.

For most of my life I avoided hills. On the bike and off it. This year didn’t give me that option. So for my birthday I went looking for the hill I’d been avoiding and rode up it.

Not because I love climbing. I still don’t. Because somewhere in the last year I learnt that the hard seasons are where the growth is, and that every failure taught me something a win never could.

Another year around the sun. A new chapter. Blessings in it I can’t see yet.

But I am so ready. I call it Delusional Optimism.

Today isn’t just another birthday—it’s the closing of one chapter and the beginning of another.

I started this journey looking to transform my body, but somewhere along the way, it transformed my mindset.

75 Hard taught me that discipline will take you places motivation never can. Every early morning, every workout, every challenge reminded me that I’m capable of more than I thought.

As I celebrate another year of life, I’m grateful that I chose to prioritize my health, my peace, and becoming the best version of myself.
